On the 8th and 9th of October 2020, the 2nd transnational meeting of the TSITour partnership took place online due to the COVID-19 emergency. Approaching to the conclusion of first-year project, it was time to check and discuss the results achieved so far. The partnership recognised that the project is proceeding on the scheduled time: the COVID-19 emergency did not affect the quality of the project activities, that were mostly adapted in a new “distanced” format using different media (phone, social media, Skype, etc.).
Specifically, the partnership summed up all the implemented activities (interviews, questionnaires, round tables, collection of good practices) that are now bringing them to finalise the publication “Social Inclusion of Local Storytellers in the Tourism Industry.” Consequently, the first steps for the elaboration of the TSITour VET training module – concerning the creation of projects on social inclusion – were set. The partners discussed the planning phase and the general rules for the elaboration of the learning resources. Then, it was possible to re-arrange the Dissemination Plan, giving more room to the online activities, as well as preparing a strategy in case it will be forbidden to implement face-to-face activities. Finally, the partners had the occasion to gather opinions and set some pending points in the quality management, related to the Quality Management Plan and the tasks of the Quality Control Council.
