O projeto tem como objetivo desenvolver forma\u00e7\u00e3o enquadrada no Ensino Profissional para os futuros profissionais focada em como gerir um projeto em Interven\u00e7\u00e3o Social usando o Turismo como caso de estudo. Al\u00e9m disso, os formandos do Ensino Profissional ir\u00e3o aprender como melhorar as capacidades de contar hist\u00f3rias das pessoas idosas na din\u00e2mica da ind\u00fastria do turismo.<\/p>\n

Consequentemente, os benef\u00edcios esperados s\u00e3o a duplicar: por um, lado ser\u00e1 poss\u00edvel proporcionar uma experi\u00eancia diferente aos turistas, oferecendo uma \u201catra\u00e7\u00e3o tur\u00edstica\u201d inovadora para os Profissionais de Turismo. Por outro lado, as pessoas idosas ter\u00e3o a oportunidade de serem reintegradas na sociedade ativa enquanto \u201ccontadores de hist\u00f3rias\u201d ao servi\u00e7o da ind\u00fastria do turismo.<\/p>\n

    The project aims to develop a VET training for professionals focused on how to manage a Project on Social Intervention using tourism as case study: moreover, the VET trainees learn how to enhance storytelling skills of the elderly persons in the field of the tourism industry.<\/p>\n

    Thus, the expected benefit is double: on one hand, it is possible to offer a different experience to tourists, providing an innovative \u201ctouristic attraction\u201d for Tourism Professionals.     • Collection of good practices and\/or inspirational cases regarding inclusion of disabled people, old people and people in risk of exclusion;<\/li>\n \t
    • Organisation of 1 round table with professionals and experts on inclusion of the people in difficulties;<\/li>\n \t
