CEPROF is the owner of Escola Profissional de Espinho, a VET school and it was created in 1990. Its vocation is the promotion of school centres and vocational schools. It aims to contribute to the personal and professional skills of learners, preparing them to the job market. It promotes the approach between schools and enterprises and provides learning opportunities according to the local and national needs. The main focus areas of training are the ones related to the Tourism sector, to support the demands of this Industry in the coastal regions from Aveiro and Porto. The focus in technology is also very strong, especially in Mechatronics and Electronics to support the heavy industry region of Porto-Gaia-Ovar. The students are encouraged to participate in contests to present innovative ideas which enable them to develop creativity and entrepreneurship.
Fundación INTRAS is a Spanish private foundation founded in 1994 dedicated to improve the welfare of people suffering mental challenges and elderly with cognitive impairment. INTRAS counts with more than ten centers providing different services to approximately 1100 people each year, including day care, housing, rehabilitation centers, employment and training programs, etc. A group of 157 psychiatrists, psychologists, neurologist, social workers and trainers works within INTRAS to improve the quality of life of the users, through assistance work but also through research and innovation. The foundation focuses on the recovery process to strengthen participants’ self-esteem and help them integrate with society, both socially and in working life.

CENTRO PER LO SVILUPPO CREATIVO “DANILO DOLCI” is a non-profit organisation located in Palermo, born in 1958 from the experience and work of Danilo Dolci, a social activist, sociologist, nonviolent and innovative educator. Following his path, CSC works at local, European and international levels, focusing on two main pillars:
Local Development, starting from the needs of the community and paying special attention to the most disadvantaged target groups;
Creativity, promoting innovation in education and using new methodologies to empower young, adults and professionals.
Particularly, the work of the Centre is based on the Reciprocal Maieutic Approach, a methodology of research and self-analysis useful to develop creativity, communication, cooperation and active participation.
