La reuni\u00f3n, organizada al final del segundo a\u00f1o del proyecto, marca un punto importante dentro del camino: la realizaci\u00f3n de actividades piloto y la fase final de implementaci\u00f3n del proyecto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El encuentro fue un momento de intercambio sobre la fase piloto de la plataforma formativa. De hecho, durante los \u00faltimos meses, socios de Portugal, Espa\u00f1a, Italia y Grecia han iniciado el pilotaje de los m\u00f3dulos formativos basados \u200b\u200ben la creaci\u00f3n de proyectos sociales para la inclusi\u00f3n social de las personas mayores en el papel de \u2018storytellers\u2019 en el sector tur\u00edstico local. En primer lugar, la parte te\u00f3rica de la formaci\u00f3n se llev\u00f3 a cabo involucrando a los alumnos de FP del \u00e1mbito de los servicios sociales en el dise\u00f1o de proyectos de intervenci\u00f3n social para favorecer la inclusi\u00f3n social de las personas mayores en el turismo. Actualmente, se est\u00e1 realizando la parte pr\u00e1ctica del pilotaje: se ponen en pr\u00e1ctica las propuestas de proyectos de los alumnos involucrando a personas mayores, organizaciones sociales y organizaciones tur\u00edsticas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante la reuni\u00f3n, se discutieron varios temas: los socios hicieron un balance de la situaci\u00f3n de las actividades del proyecto, se discutieron los pr\u00f3ximos pasos y las tareas asignadas a cada uno. Se presentaron ideas para la organizaci\u00f3n de pr\u00f3ximos eventos y para el seguimiento de la calidad e impacto de los resultados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tambi\u00e9n se compartieron las opiniones de los participantes sobre la publicaci\u00f3n final titulada \u00abM\u00f3dulo FP sobre desarrollo de proyectos para la inclusi\u00f3n social: el turismo como caso de estudio\u00bb, que contendr\u00e1 los resultados de las actividades piloto y se difundir\u00e1 a nivel europeo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TSITour \u2013 <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Formaci\u00f3n sobre inclusi\u00f3n social en el turismo, mediante la inclusi\u00f3n de personas mayores como narradores locales para la industria del turismo<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> est\u00e1 cofinanciado por el programa Erasmus + (Acci\u00f3n clave 2: Asociaciones estrat\u00e9gicas | Educaci\u00f3n y formaci\u00f3n profesional) y tiene como objetivo crear un nuevo curso de formaci\u00f3n en formaci\u00f3n profesional. La asociaci\u00f3n del proyecto TSITour se reuni\u00f3 en Atenas los d\u00edas 21 [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3722,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_et_pb_use_builder":"on","_et_pb_old_content":"<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>On September 21st and 22nd, 2021, the third transnational meeting of the TSITour project - Training on Social Inclusion in Tourism, by including elderly people as local storytellers for the Tourism Industry was held in Athens, Greece.<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>The TSITour project partnership met in Athens on September 21st and 22nd, 2021 with the online participation of some members of the partnership for reasons related to the health restrictions imposed by the Covid-19 pandemic. The meeting, organized at the end of the second year of the project, marks an important point within the path: the conduction of piloting activities and the final phase of project implementation.<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>The meeting was a moment of sharing occurred during the piloting phase of the new training platform. In fact, during the past months, partners from Portugal, Spain, Italy and Greece have started the piloting of the training modules based on the creation of social projects for elderly social inclusion in the role of 'storytellers' in the local tourism sector. First, the theoretical part of training was carried out by involving VET students in the field of social services in the design of social intervention projects to promote the social inclusion of the elderly in tourism. Currently, the practical part of the piloting is being carried out: students' project proposals are put into practice by involving elderly people, social organizations and tourism organizations.<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>During the meeting, various topics were discussed: the partners took the stock of the situation on the project activities, the next steps and the tasks assigned to each one were discussed.
